The Monthly Essentials Bookkeeping consists of the following: Monthly reconciliation (1 bank account) Income & expense tracking (up to ~200 transactions) Monthly Profit & Loss Year-end tax-ready books Light guidance (deductible vs non-deductible) Please read the "Bookkeeping Policy" below as it goes more in detail regarding the start-up fee and the accounting software fee.
Cancellation Policy
This is a monthly service, meaning pricing will be fixed on the agreed upon amount. Everyone will receive a FREE consultation! No cost. No commitment. Just a conversation. After the consultation, there will be a one-time startup fee on top of the agreed upon monthly plan. The startup fee will vary depending on the complexity of the business and what accounting software the client wants to commit to. The client is also responsible for paying the monthly fee of the accounting software. Once all parties come to an agreement and pay is finalized, payment will be required before any work is conducted. Pricing is subject to increase if transactions/work load increases. Pricing is subject to increase with a 30 day notice.
